With over 15 years experience within the mobility sector, I can assure you that the product and service you seek will be provided correctly and that equipment is assessed for suitability in regard to your individual requirements.

Carefree Mobility Services Ltd is a family run and owned business with an ethos towards providing the correct equipment for each individual. In our opinion, it is incorrect and unethical to supply equipment to anybody without the correct assessment procedure taking place, as this could, in fact, be a contributory factor to making the client's condition worse, instead of solving their original problem. To this end, we refuse to sell products on line, as we feel that we do not have the option of offering a personal service. We know from experience that when we see people face to face, the product supplied is correct for the end user.

As an example, if a customer wanted a Tri Wheeled walker, we would need to see them to assess their stability and manual dexterity, as a four wheeled walker (which may position them safely within a walking frame), would be more suitable. Safety is always our prime concern.
